Crab - Artichoke Bruschetta

Crab-Artichoke Bruschetta

Serves 8

Broiler 450° F

  • 1 6.5-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 6-ounce can crab meat, drained
  • 1 French baguette, cut into 1/2-thick slices

Preheat broiler to 450° F.

In a medium bowl, mix marinated artichoke hearts, cheese, red onion, mayonnaise and crab meat. Top French baguette slices with equal amounts of the crab-artichoke mixture (about 1 tbsp). Arrange slices in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Broil in the preheated broiler (oven) 2 minutes or until toppings are bubbly and lightly browned.
