Champagne Pomegranate Cocktail
Serves 1
- 1 ounce (2 tbsp) pomegranate juice, chilled
- 5 ounces (10 tbsp) cold champagne
- 1 thin lemon twist, for garnish
- Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Pour the pomegranate juice into a flute; then, just before serving, fill it slowing with champagne. Drop in approximately 6 whole pomegrante seeds. Float a lemon twist on top.
